LORE
After the popularity of both Euna and Euna Prime I decided, after someone expressed interest, to develop some lore for her, including a quest line to obtain her.
Quest
*After a rep requirement reached Euna Blueprint drops off captured animal, return to The Business.*
The Business: Tenno, Tenno, over here!
*Player approaches, interacts with quest dialogue option*
The Business: I think... I think it's alright for me to tell you this. You've done good work. What you've got there... Her name was Euna. She became known for her attempts to resist the relentless damage that war and corporate greed has on the fauna of any planet. But she seemed to have a fondness for Fortuna in particular. I wonder, if you were to seek out more animals for conservation, whether we can find out more...
*Euna Neuroptics drops off a captured SPECIES, return it to The Business.*
The Business: Ah! You found another part! It seems you'll need some interesting resources to craft it... While you work on that I'll see if I can find out anything more from this.
Neuroptics

*When Neuroptics completed return to The Business, select quest dialogue option*
The Business: Tenno, you did it! And I... I was able to gather some more information. By interfacing with the Neuroptics I was able to see that she spent a good deal of time helping SPECIES, perhaps we will find our next clue with one of them. Good luck, Tenno.
*Euna Chassis drops off captured SPECIES, return it to The Business.*
The Business: You managed to find it! SPECIES is rather endearing, aren't they? I can see why Euna entrusted a part of herself to them. Let's construct this piece and see what more there is to learn. I'm afraid you'll need to get your hands dirty once again...
Chassis

*When Chassis completed return to The Business, select quest dialogue option*
The Business: Oh now, what do we have here. Oh, oh no... It seems that this Warframe was chased, attacked, she fled, fled into the dens of her animal friends, clung onto them. Hid, waited... but she was found! We must find where she hid, see if we can bring this Warframe back together once more. Search SPECIES dens, see if you can find the last part.
*Player finds SPECIES, follows back to den, finds evidence of a fight, animal corpses, scraps of Corpus tech*
The Business (over comms): Now... what do we have here. A fight? That's definitely Nef Enyo tech, get a closer look at it, see where it came from.
*Player scans Corpus tech*
The Business (over comms): Those machines came from the Enrichment Labs, sending co-ordinates now, proceed with caution Tenno.
*Player goes to location on map, fights through lab, frees captured animals and finds a SPECIES painfully infused with corpus tech and weapons*
The Business (over comms): Oh, no! No no no! Scum! Monstrous scum! It appears they got to what we were looking for first and decided such a beast would make a powerful weapon... I can't bare this, Tenno, I think we must end this, please, put... put the poor creature down.
*Player defeats beast boss and collects Euna Systems, return to The Business*
The Business: Well, there you are Tenno, we managed it. I hope she is of great help to your cause, and I am glad we managed to salvage her from the Corpus before they did anything worse with her. [He sighs] I'm going to take a while to recover from that, but please, I'd like to see her once she is built. Come and see me again.

About the Quest
This quest was originally written before Fortuna was released however it is not beyond possibility and could even be positive to give players a reason to go back to the open world. Since The Business is the go-to guy for animal conservation in Fortuna he, of course, helps guide the player through this quest. Since the Warframe is based on a sheep, I thought it would be fitting for her acquisition to be through conservation. Equally this sets up the character and personality of Warframe somewhat, telling us that Euna loved animals and helping them, so having her linked to animal conservation also works here. Moreover, her second ability Ram’s Horn could even work similarly to the same system used by the Echo Lures used in conservation.
“SPECIES” could be any species currently in the game, or even different species for each of the quest parts, though I originally wrote it to focus on one species. I think the Virmink would suit best since it is rather fluffy and cute like Euna herself. Failing that a new species could be added to suit her theme more, but I don’t think it is necessary since she wanted to protect all species.
Since this was written before Fortuna’s release, the gift from The Business at the end of the quest was originally going to be a Fossilised Dung Decoration. The Euna Floof now stands in place of this, since it would fit with the rewards already received from The Business for animal conservation far better. This was inspired by the donda and urn that are received by completing Harrow’s and Inaros’ quests respectively.
Equally, animal dung samples stood in place of the current construction cost of animal tags, which we now know are earned by conserving wildlife. Since this was written before the release of Fortuna it wasn’t clear how the reward system would work from conservation at the time, but I haven now edited it to reflect the current world better.

The Business has many adorable 'Floof' (which is Warframe's name for plushies or soft toys) versions of the critters you can save on Fortuna, here is an idea of the Floof he gives you for showing him the Euna Warframe.

Origin
Along with Euna Prime I also came up with a quote that Ballas might say during her trailer, as these give as some insight into the inspiration of the creation of the Warframe he is talking about.
“Wool shredded from flesh to carve a sacrificial lamb. Like writhing infants infused with void, these demons adorn superficial fleece. Instead, they are but monsters with horns. Such beasts are to be kept domesticated. No outliers can remain from their wretched herd. Of devils, a reminder, a mockery... Euna.” - Ballas
Here Ballas describes how he making Euna’s wool out of someone’s flesh as a sacrifice and he shows his contempt for the Tenno, saying that they are undesirable and terrible despite their innocent, child, appearance. He contends that they must be kept under control if they are to be allowed to live at all. Finally, he hints that Euna was made to make fun of the Tenno, to make them link with a Warframe based on a traditional farm animal, to remind the Tenno that they were merely a tool to be used by the Orokin.
